If I'd been in that bar and Keiichi asked me what I thought, I'd say brother turn around and just tell her you're resigning. You don't put up with bull like that to be threatened with being fired for a reason that is clearly against the law. You'll submit your written resignation in the morning. Then get up, I'd pay for Keiichi's stuff and let him walk out. As Keiichi would be walking out with his personal possessions, in addition to his resignation notification announcing his no notice immediate resignation also attach to it an attorney's business card for the lawyer I would've helped him hire for legal action not just against her company for the wrongful termination and such but I would be also filing suit against Noa in her individual person for power harassment, assault for being forcibly intoxicated and likely stalking and in addition to judgment against the corporate form of her company I'd seek judgment against her personally not for money but equitable relief, the injunctive kind. An order enjoining her from continuing to exercise the office of CEO of that company, forcing her to either resign from office in 30 days or be removed by operation of court decree and forbidding the Board of Directors to keep her on in any other capacity either executive or ordinary employment. Also would issue a life-time injunction of protection prohibiting Noa or Suzuki from coming near Keiichi on the street within 1000 feet or as far away as equitably able in foot traffic on sidewalk streets but also while keeping distance not attempt to greet or otherwise engage Mr. Sato in verbal conversation. If he initiated it then it's on him. Also no attempts at contact via postal mail, email or social media or other third party methods such as through other persons acting on her behalf. If it is deemed a necessity to be in contact for say legal/judicial afffairs between them Noa will need to obtain a court order herself to authorize contact first sending notice to Keiichi of her intent to seek such order and why contact is requested by sending service upon his attorney of record. I worked for years for a local sheriffs department as a detention officer. About 5 years into my career we got a new captain. Everything could have been resolved if Noa would have just explained it to him properly, I suppose she wasn't a completely extroverted person otherwise she wouldn't have had an issue saying it right there and then. The same goes for Keiichi, if he was a completely introverted person he most likely wouldn't have bit back in the form of him questioning her confession because he might have just gone along with it if he were introverted completely. I guess that's atleast 1 thing they have in common. Foundation needs to be strong to build a lasting relationship, whether it's friendship or something more.
