The best ssundee thing I remember was the troll battle series, don't remember what it was called but I think that xeen hosted it, it was between Krainer and Ssundee for a bit, and there was a massive scoreboard in the middle... not massive but it was pretty sizable. They could miss their old friend and the good times they had that are now gone. It's always sad when you grow apart from a friend. That in itself is not unhealthy. It becomes unhealthy when as in the situation you posed, they hold onto that, refusing to let the past go. I think "missing the old blank" is not unhealthy. You can miss someone who is gone, whether they died or changed. It's when you expect them to stay the same and *not* change to satisfy you that it becomes unhealthy.
