Hey can i have some help I find when i fingerboard, my hands are rll stiff and when i ollie for an example my board does not fly but it immediately hits the ground and that goes with all my tricks i cant lift my boards high enough off surfaces Any tips

I’ve been using tech decks since middle school. I’m 30 now. But I’m disabled I bought a tech deck yesterday so hopefully I can still do it as good or if at all. If I can I wanna buy a teak tuning deck.
