I am tickled to death that you are still coloring in "Ivy"! You are definitely helping me to complete the book for my Grandchildren (or Great-Grandchildren! 😊) I know it's not one of your favorite books to color, but you always seem to turn a "blah" page into something magical! When I turn the pages, I always think: "I can't wait to see what Alena does with this page." I could list numerous "requests pages" for you to color! Thank you! I'm still not a big fan of this book, but some pages are really nice- with flowers or with various objects.I received several messages that people want to finish this book for their children or grandchildren, and need some inspiration, so I decided 'Why wouldn't I try to color it'

Beautiful pages, can you show us in general abandoned works and tell us why they are left. I think that all your pictures are succeed, so it will be a little bit comforting to know that even you have such works😂

Apart from these book, I have only one abandoned work where I was too lazy to do huge background with pencils, in T.Tomic. Here all unfinished pictures are abandoned apart from picture with collage with monsters. I finished it yesterday. The reason - I simply don't like Johanna Basford style and I don't find her books very inspiring. I started pages, I lost patience and interest after 15 minutes and I switched to more interesting books. I hadn't touched any of her books for 3 years. Only in the beginning of this year when my patrons start to ask me to help them to finish 'Ivy', I started to color again. That's why I have so many completed Ivy pictures in this year
