Taurus has really good firearms. I've had many over the years. Currently I have a g2c, g3c and a g3. The g3 stays by my bedside, the g2c is in the bathroom in the cabinet and I carry the g3c. I had a th9 full size and I should have kept it. There revolvers are great also. I like them because I can own several quality firearms for half of what the more expensive brands cost.

I got this same pair same color. My first gun was also the G2c. Get the mecgar 17 round mag with sleeve for your G2c. Feels really good to grip.

I have the 17 round mag with the grip sleeve for my G2C and it works great.

I also have both the G3, and also the G2c (my G2c is chambered in 40). Both have given me no problems at all. Got the G2c for $229 on line. The G3 i got from our local gun store for $319. I will say that I now see the G3 up to $400 here in my area. Just the basic black one. Glad I got mine when I did!

After shooting the Taurus GX4 and GX4 XL, I'd rather buy another G3 or snag a G3C for the soon to be wife. I picked up a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield for under $200 and it's exactly what I've been wanting for concealed carry.

I have a G2C as my EDC and mine came with 3 12 round mags. Not one failure 500 rounds in and that includes 115 and 124 Magtech range ammo as well as a myriad of JHP defense ammo in both 115 and 124

Two great pistols. After thousands of rounds I have had no problems with any of my Taurus pistols. On my next range trip I will be taking 5 of my 7 Taurus pistols to the range the G2C, G3, TX22, PT738 and my new GX4.

Wow. 2500 rounds. You got me beat. Haha. I have over 600 of all kinds of ammo and its still flawless. Got my G2c back in 2018 around $200 from Buds tax included with free shipping. A little more after the transfer fee. Like $17. I did get a third mag used from a pawn shop for $20. I will stick with my factory sights that I modified and factory stock everything. I do not plan on putting any aftermarket stuff on it. It works just fine the way it is. Thanks for sharing.

You should get the g3c better trigger, and you can mix and match with the g3, i.e., long slide short handle or do full grip and short slide

Yea they are the best for your buck no doubt the g2c is kinda fading out tho due to the up grade to the g3c it's only 30 dollars more than g2c and comes with 3 mags

Good Question. I'm sure you could. However, the range that I go to only allows FMJ brass in particular.
