I started a Lettings business whilst at uni and then transitioned into doing my own deals and eventually development

Go and work for someone and get some hands on experience or just go and cut the deals yourself. No need to spend money 💰 just do it

Anthony, can you talk a little bit more about what you look for in a building besides location? Is it mainly square footage? Is it better to remodel huge office buildings or start from scratch, etc. Best Pat

Patrick Hughes it’s more the location im looking for and what’s in the immediate vicinity that impacts a potential development. New build or conversion/ refurbishment depends on the deal and the type of building it is. Keep watching my vids, I’ll discuss this at some point. Thanks for watching
