Appreciate that, no real training plan its kind of a hodgepodge between what friends have done and my previous run training for sub ultra just longer. Essentially most everything is the same just taking on an hour or more per week and making the intervals longer. I do intervals twice a week a shorter and longer like 6x3min and 4x10min those keep getting longer and then basically a few endurance runs and one recovery to break it up 🤙
