Hey, Rita, I just wanted to let you know, be careful of the guy asking you to read a children's book in a video, another asmrtist named Millenial Magic did a video about her experience with people who kept incessantly sending her these oddly specific video requests. This person has made several accounts and requested this from hundreds, I mean HUNDREDS of small asmr creators, Milleniial Magic found that this commenter, and several other people that make these oddly specific requests are somehow, let's say....excited...in some strange way, by the fullfillment of these requests, there have also been instances where these people have attempted to have people reveal personal information about themselves, either in an attempt to steal from them, or potentially stalk them. Just be careful.

I second this. Unfortunately you can never know what people’s intentions are when they make these requests. I have become quite paranoid of even ”normal” sounding requests as lot of asmr artists get tricked into making fetish content by some of these requests. 😑 But it’s better to be too cautious rather than too relaxed with this I suppose. (Rapunzel Asmr made a video about this a while ago if you want to check that out) Anyway, well done on your first video and I’ll look forward to for more to come ☺️

@@asmrrye That's true, it does make you feel like you have to be wary of every request. I guess it's better to be cautious of the requests that sound a bit more off than others, as for the normal ones, most of them are honestly benign, and even if someone does secretly request a fetish like that, how are you supposed to know? I mean, if someone gets all hot and bothered by you tapping on a cardboard box or something, how is it your fault? Regardless of their intentions, you just made it for asmr.
