Hello Mona!! I am a girl who is obsessed with Asmr and I have some Tips and recommendations for you! First thing I noticed about the video was the breathing, remember those microphones capture a lot so next time try to be farther away from the microphone or take small breaths!! 😊 If you want, you can choose a certain time or day to record, and you can choose if you want to do a normal intro and outro just so you know what to say every time! Maybe you can have a setup meaning, where is your normal recording spot, what are you going to record, if you have everything for your video, etc. etc. Editing is always a must!!! If you want you could get a microphone cover, yk the ones you see in other Asmrist videos!! ❤ Adding Descriptions To your videos also is a really good way to know what the video is about!! Here are some Asmr Triggers you could do!! 1. Mouth Sounds! 2. Teeth Tapping! 3. Nail Tapping! 4. Fabric Scratching! 5. Hair brushing, a trigger where you brush the camera and while doing it you use your fingers and brush the microphone! 6. Glasses! 7. Lip gloss! 8. Beads! 9. Ice Globes! 10. Chewing! Here are some Asmr Ideas for videos!! (Different Ideas depending on what Asmrist you're going to be!) 1. Fidget Boards 2. GRWM 3. POV/Roleplays 4. Asmr For ADHD 5. Hauls 6. Restocking 7. Random Triggers 8. Going through my.... Anyways, for a first timer I really loved this video!! Also, a Asmrist that could inspire you would be SassySounds ASMR!!
