I liked the mic without the noise cancelling because it allows u to whisper without having to be sooo delicate. i loved the mic scratching with your whispering at 2:16. Also the squeezing of the mic cover followed by the mic scratching without the cover was so relaxing!!

Great vid. mic settings are good. I did like the wee bit of noise cancelaation too, but for the most part leave it off. try some soft spoken as well as whispering.
