One of the most important tips you will ever get is to try controlling the urge of spamming your movement skill. As you fight and get tense and nervous, you tend to spam Leap Slam and that is typically a recipe for disaster. You either come out of the inner circle and force another interphase, accidentally Slam into a storm or you target Sirus and get stuck on top of him while he beams you (the Die! one). Being able to slow down to notice what is happening will give you much more control over the fight and as you learn the cues, you'll grow more comfortable. Nice try and keep going!

Second this and also listen for sound cues as it can help in locating him when he teleports or when he is preparing attack. For the same reason that Sirus is my favorite boss in PoE as he was the first to teach me to analyze and slow down on fights instead on panicking and try to force DPS.

For drox fight, you don't need to hit the flags that don't protect him. Flags just make things invincible that are in their aoe. So If drox is outside the flag he'll keep taking damage.

Just fought him for the first time the other day. He wasn't that bad until his final phase, but I lost all my portals on the last sliver of health. The only thing that always got me was after I would die and come back, he would split into 4 then teleport off screen and do the die beam.

Very frustrating, apparently you need to be close to him. It's easier to dodge the beams

The secrets: 1. Stay inside the thin shiny circle around the outside of the area from Sirus so he will only cast a storm when he goes to the next phase. 2. If you do leave the circle and he starts casting the cloud, run slightly right of the cloud and stop. The shockwave will push you back. As soon as the shockwaves stop, run left around the cloud and wait. Sirus will almost immediately come to you. 3. Turn down the music and turn up dialogue to max. His voice cues give away the entire fight. 4. For the last phase where he creates 4 images and casts the big cross beam, look for the one that flashes red to white and back. That is the real Sirus. Once he casts the cross beam, he will turn to face a direction and teleport that way. Follow him (as you saw, the rotating cross beam wasn't terrible). Stand near him, and as he casts DIE just move to the left or right of him. Good hunting ;)

it's not on you. you did very well for a first attempt. the guy is just very brutal. he's kind of a meme on reddit as to the rng of the fight and how punishing it can be, even for playera that have their gear in order and such. keep at it! this is very impressive for a first playthrough.

Get as much chaos res as you can, and try and find a jewel with Corrupted Blood immunity on it and the fight becomes a little easier

you should not move out of the circle. everlasting fire followed by die die die just dodge. you have to find the real one first out of the 4 images. makes it easier to know where the beam will come from. pls watch a guide on youtube

Here a small video of Sirus last phase.. Will give you some idea on how to dodge his die beams and how to not lose sight of him... Hope it helps... Pratice practice is the key.. you brain will automatically find him and where to be after enough practice... Always be in the centre of the arena so he cant teleport offscreen... 2:19 that was a ventor's gamble, identifying it could make it worth 10 mirrors, but generally it would be 0c. Still worth checking though. But Sirus... Sirus is just annoying if you don't have 100 million single target dps.
