My first Audax (LFCC Kings and Queens of Mercia Audax) and my longest bike ride

On Saturday, I rode the Leicester Forest Cycling Club Kings and Queens of Mercia Audax, which was my first audax and my longest ride ever at 150 miles. Thank you to Rob for organising.

Brilliant, well done, thanks for the footage! This will be on my list to do one year, along with "An Autumn Day Out", starting from Trowell - which is actually in 2 weeks time this year - I'm not doing it yet as I have so much training to do to improve!

Congratulations on your longest ride and first Audax. I signed up to my first Audax a few months back, but had to cancel the day before due to a problem with the bike. Still on my ‘to do’ list, though 😉👍

@@rebeccalaurel1471 I’d like to do the Audax ride that I signed up for previously, purely because it’s fairly local, but I’m also checking the Audax website regularly for any other local rides that I could do. Apparently, it can become quite addictive 😉
