My first rebuild of CFB 25 is with Kennesaw State! We scout and recruit players in College Football 25's Dynasty mode. We utilize the transfer portal and coach abilities to build up this one star school into a championship contender. Let's have some fun

I was in the inaugural marching band at Kennesaw and it was awesome to see how they accurately captured the run out through the band towards the home side. It might not have been hard to put in but it meant a lot to a former Owl!

I don’t know, in Madden 23, I always see my WRs/TEs make key blocks. For example, they shift their focus from blocking a defender momentarily to pick an individual who’s in danger of tackling me, whenever I’m user-controlling ball-carriers on run plays.

3 star prospects are so underrated in a rebuild. Some of them used to end up better than the higher caliber players, wonder if this game has those "breakout" scenarios

Since they added development ratings it should be more dynamic than NCAA 14, with 5 stars sometimes developing slowly and 3 stars developing quickly instead of every player getting a consistent +5ovr every season

This was a phenomenal rebuild, loved the story! The perfect redemption arc in the final CFP defeating Nebraska who beat you two year prior and getting over Georgia who was your first real test as a ranked opponent. Cinema

LoL the second NIL became a thing it was only a matter of time for this game to be released. I can promise you that no individual streamer/uploader had anything more to do with this game being released than you or I did. I’ve bought this game every single year on the day of release since 1992 when this game was Bill Walsh College Football on the sega genesis. And none of us had anything to do with this. It was NIL and ONLY NIL.

A couple of points for more badass videos in the future: 1. PI in CFB has always been a 15 yard and automatic first down penalty. Spot foul PI is only in the NFL. 2. You could have actually played Beebe because the game follows the new redshirt rule in CFB, which allows redshirted players to play in four games during the year. 3. The Johnny Unitas Golden Arm award is actually a real award as well, but since the named awards like the Davey O’Brien and Thorpe and so on didn’t agree to be in the game, they used this as the best QB award.

Mainly due to the time constraints we had in early access. I don’t physically have time to do a 10+ year rebuild that would take over a month to record and edit if I was playing most of the games with difficult settings

Obviously you can’t make it 100% realistic though, not only cause it’d be really hard to make in the game, but to make it fully realistic that would mean it’d be pretty much impossible for a bad team to compete for anything, and that would be really boring.

I just don't want to get ready for an immersed dynasty just to win a national championship in year 3. I'm assuming in a month or two anyway we're all gonna know the way to cheese the game on the hardest difficulties. So implementing self imposed challenges will probably come into play regardless.

Both QB's against UGF reminded me of playing against the JV and freshman teams in practice. We would go through their offensive line like a hot knife in butter. Our skill positions guys were vastly better athletes. No disrespect to anyone grinding it out, of course. They work hard and are part of the team like everyone else. I hate to belittle anyone. They weren't very good though. 😂

Kennesaw State played 9 games last year while they were still in the FCS. They only won 3 games and they were all against Division 2 opponents. They are coming up to the FBS without having a single FCS win from the previous year. So if you're looking for a challenge...

@@jaym7901 teams don't get moved up, they can apply for moving up and as long they pass a few requirements, like having a big enough stadium for example, and fork over enough money then they're allowed.

There's a LOT of missing context in those numbers. Chief among them, KSU was an independent their final year of FCS due to some weirdness with the conference they were leaving basically rebuilding without them. Add to the lame duck season with no chance of playing for a post-season, a LOT of players got redshirted. Basically a full season of glorified scrimmages. Also, the team switched from full triple option to 'pistol' offense with new coordinators, so really, no one really knows how their season is going to go.
