She's so cute! I believe that the additional magnets on her head are for customization, so you can attach horns or stuff, and the one on the back of her head is for the wig magnet. My guess is that customs opened her and did not wrapped properly afterward, you know, when a doll is covered in bubble wrap its harder to take it off and this blanket is easy to open and not that easy to put back properly...

It will be ok. I was a bit upset, and ultimately (this was filmed nearly a month ago lol) sold her on layaway to Dannis Designer dolls, who Im sure will rejuvenate her

Yeah! I can totally do that. The TLDR on it is space, and I usually initially adore new dolls, but I like to see new dolls too! Usually if the doll isn't sentimental to me, or a doll from a friend, or tied to a memory or something, I eventually move them along. I love and appreciate so many dolls, but I cant keep them all!

It must be a huge disappointment to wait for a beautiful doll just to see her arrive somehow damaged :c Maybe the doll had a really bad shipping process and got kicked all over. Either way I hope you can fix her in some way she is so pretty

I think you are too kind. For the amount of money you pay for original artists dolls, you should expect, at the very least, the doll to be packaged in a way that protects her. Your doll obviously wasn't packaged properly, or carefully. At the very least, the artist should offer compensation (money back) for all the damage. It wasn't just one area that was damaged, it was the whole doll. In my opinion, you shouldn't be accepting it as something that 'just happens'. The only way they will learn to not to do this again is to be held accountable for their part in why it even happend.

It's definitely something that can be respectfully brought up with the company/artist to maybe work out a solution or compensation, and it would give them feedback so they can maybe avoid this happening in the future, but it's ultimately up to TT whether they want to pursue that or not.
