R4000 to USD$1. Think 4 to 1 that should help. Check your US notes to make sure no crinkles, cuts, writing as most places wont take them. Look forward to watching your travels in Cambodia.

Yeah it does help, thanks! 😀👍 But it's not perfect as both currencies fluctuate. Can you answer, why does Cambodia have two currencies?

@@thedeparturebrief no worries. After the Khmer Rouge there was a lot of American help & finance so the USD was adopted to help the economy. It also helps with tourists 😆. Its moving towards the QR scans now tho, similar to Paywave/Tap n Go.
