I belong to Odisha and its ancient name was Kalinga. When there was Kalinga kingdom in ancient India then people from Kalinga settled and ruled Indonesia especially Bali. Then indonesia was ruled by Hindus. In those periods ship building technology was only known to Kalinga. The Chero rulers from south India stole the ship building technology from Kalinga and reached Indonesia. These people brought Arabians to Indonesia and afterwards Indonesia became a Muslim country. If you go to Bali you will find some schools, roads and restaurants in the name of Kalinga (Kelinga may be). Even in that time some few parts of Australia was ruled by Kalinga rulers. You will find few structures there in the name of Kalinga.
