Great travel. Enjoy your experience. Just so you know that Gulab Jamun is not made of any dough but milk powder, so it is not any kind of pancake. The other things like Rabrdi, Faloodah, and Kulfi (Qulfi) are not ice cream by any means. So, I will say you should forget about what you have at home and enjoy these local things as local things instead of comparing it with something different. Oh yea, the brain engine in Pakistan and India run on chai. :) - Regards from Finland.
