This plays like a modern 2010 EA WC game which was fantastic for its time. UFL needs touching up, but there's a gem of a game in there and if the devs continue to improve and patch the game it will without doubt be the best on the market. It has alot of promise and honestly, it plays well.

The main catch, at least for me, is that player ratings improve. It's like having a career mode in ultimate team. You can invest in a player you like and keep him instead of having to sell to get a better rated or a different type of card.

Nick you get rp from playing the game there is no way to buy rp. Lp is for the season pass. So you can buy 250 million points and have a lot but if you have no rp you can’t buy anyone you have to play and win to get rp

Exactly, there’s no p2w in this game. You get 3m coins for a win and about 1k rep. Bellingham is 155k rep, with boosters etc you can get like 3-4k rep per win, which is still 40+ wins to buy Bellingham, 40 wins would earn you the rep but you’d also earn the coins to buy him, so spending money on coins is pointless. They are purely for cosmetics and skins atm, it’s the fairest business model in football gaming by a mile.

Game looks way more stable, fair and fun. Longshots shouldn't work more than finishing, and long range passes shudnt work more than short range. Seems like they balanced game speed with left stick/ tackling etc better too. Think it will be fun if they keep at it and it doesnt become shovelware within the first year.
