The Felony to me, is the best STOCK on road RC car money can buy. Great video! Heres a tip for everyone: When you buy a new car or a new body, Head on down to your hardware store and buy 2X cans of Rustoleum Rubber Sealant Spray. Apply coats to everywhere inside the body 30mins apart until you have used both cans. Fine to leave overnight between coats. The results for reinforcement are nothing short of miraculous. Your car will endure anything you throw at it. To get rid of scratches on the exterior, use a clear nail polish and they disappear. I have tried over the years every method of reinforcing on KZbin and this Rubber in a can is truly the way to go. Great video!! Thanks man ..Take care everyone! He just seems like someone who doesn’t get overly excited or anything. Very reserved in his reactions. I know a few people like that and it’s always difficult to tell what they’re thinking because they give very little reaction to anything. Anyway, nice video and nice car. I own one. Here's the deal with the tires. If you thrash the hell out of it and constantly spin the tires, you'll fry them in 1 run. If you drive like he was: basically just sliding around and not constantly hammering, you'll get a few dozen runs. If you drive it like a touring car, they'll last a very long time. It really comes down to how you drive it. I'm on my first set still and I've done maybe 15 runs.

Did you change the gears? The Felony has the gears set up for larger tires in the rear.

Good luck with the new Felony my friend..... it’s quite a beast for sure.... as for the tire wear on the body in the fender Wells .... get some 3M aluminum tape .... it’s used to repair AC/heat ducts ..... I basically lined the fender Wells on my felony before I ran it for the first time and had zero paint damage.... give it a try!👍🏻😎

So pretty and new! I have probably only run mine 6 times in an area a little too small for its power, and it is all beat up now, the body that is. Surprisingly the rest of the car is in good shape. It seems very fast stock but my gps says it is only doing 60mph out of the box.

60 seems to be about right. The extra pinion apparently lets it do 80.

Thats the exact same way I felt when I first ran my Infraction😛 you will be hooked. It still puts a smile on my face every time I run it. Wait til you try the speed pinion oh man. It will get hot drifting with speed pinion tho so watch temps. And its durable, mine has flipped at high speeds and brushed curbs to still be fine and it will drift in short grass. That Xmaxx looked sick with the Felony body. Enjoy that different driving experience, like the video 💯

Cool video, I'm planning on getting one of these awesome cars or an Infraction v2 sometime next year. I currently plan to get another 4-Tec 2.0 this time a VXL or a 3.0 C8 Corvette. I currently for on roads i have an XO-1 V1 and an AK-917 Carbon from Rlaarlo and i plan to get more on roads in the future. Thanks for the great video.

Right before my 3s batts arrived, the antenna snapped in half! It was still plenty fun on 4s though! you will 100% burn through those tires in no time! The felony is so fun running in water, you should try it!!

The Arrma street cars seem so fun to drive but they also look like they chew through tires. Please keep us up to date on how often you have to purchase tires or what tire maintenance you have to do if it's possible.

A couple runs, and the tread is gone. Found as low as 34 for a pair of front and 37 for rears. Still rubber, but no tread

FYI, you will need the program box to get full brake. That cannot be programmed without it. Trust me, you will want full brake if your doing high speed runs.

I’ve owned my Felony since the autumn and while I love the car I’ve had some problems with the electronics. First of all I had two Spectrum 3s 100c 5000mah batteries that died and were replaced under warranty. Recently the car stopped responding to the transmitter whilst I was driving it, (thankfully not resulting in a crash as it was going slowly). So far I’ve sent the receiver (not the problem) and now the transmitter and receiver together back to the UK distributor. I’m currently waiting for them to test and return both to see if that fixes the problem. Thankfully Arrmas come with a decent warranty unlike Traxxas’ 30 day warranty - what a joke. (Just for the record I’m not an Arrma fanboy, I love my UDR and E Revo 2.0)

Update: the transmitter and receiver have been returned to me and I still had no response from the car. So I called the UK distributor (Logic RC) and they talked me through a few things to ascertain what the problem was. It turns out that the steering servo died and shorted out the receiver. So they’re sending me a new servo which they said will arrive tomorrow.

Started RC with three Nitro cars and smashed all of them up just after the end of break-in. Bought the original nitro revo when it came out and decided I was an off road guy. Had to put it away for many years and got back into the hobby with a slash 4x4 vxl and realized I should've been off-road and battery powered the whole time. Now I have an X-Maxx on the way and am about to get the e-revo at some point to regain the truck that started my real love of the hobby. As cool as this car is, I don't know if I can do cars out of pure fear of ruining them within minutes.

There is no foam in the tires. They are belted. U will wear them down soon and the belts will show. Buy a couple pair of rear tires now if u can find them.
