Excellent job Meaty Mama! I am 63 and walk a couple of miles each morning, but 4 miles in one stretch is a lot !!! You should be very proud of that especially considering you are not a regular walker. You probably would have found me sitting on those Hooters steps halfway up begging for water!

What a wonderful accomplishment! This is a great and inspirational video. Love your personality. I am 77 and somehow have survived 2 heart attacks, several surgeries, a hip replacement and cancer. I finally lost the 170 lbs. that I had put on over decades of poor eating habits and having given birth to six beautiful,fantastic children. when I was a child, mom and dad took us camping on the beach quite often. I loved to run and remember running along the beach for what seemed like miles. It was so wonderful. Thanks for reminding me of those beautiful memories. Take care. Take care.

Mama, I am so proud of you! Like everyone else said, who cares if you would have been last, you finished! Walking in the sand, I’m sure wasn’t easy. Before Covid, I was active in a bike (pedal) riding club. Rides would vary, from 10 miles up to 100. There used to be this guy in the club, age 89, who could bike circles around us. Thanks for being an inspiration! ❤️

All that Door Dashing must have been your fitness training because you killed it and it was your first time to walk a 5K!! and in the sand which is more difficult! Basically 4 miles in 60 minutes! That is fantastic! You should set a goal to beat that time 1 year from now! Way to go! You never quit!
