I think more work needs to be done on the artificial intelligence. It almost never builds additional town centers, farms, and rarely attacks. Overall, it seems to me that it plays weakly. In the original, the bots played much more aggressively.

One thing I noticed even for the hardest bot which you can confirm by seeing my single player live stream is the bot doesn't focus on every settlement right away even if given infinite resources.
