Thank you so much for doing these videos. I didn't say, but I've traveled every step with you and it's been... what ? Cathartic? Certainly moving. I've shown this place to a few people over the years, having first gone there aged about 14, and I'm now 58, with grown up kids of my own. My dad was a South African bushwhacker (literally), who had climbed Mts Kenya and Kilimanjaro,as well as several other big African peaks, Scottish Munros etc, and this was almost exactly the route he took me on as my first wilderness experience. He died just before the pandemic. Your videos have brought a little piece of him back to me, so really, sincerely, thank you. In return, my gift to you... I've traveled the World. The single most beautiful place I have ever been is a place you might never want to leave if and when you ever go. Go to the Isle of Skye. See both Cuillin ranges, and walk the Quiraing on the Trotternish Peninsula. You'll remember it for the rest of your life. And the locals are just lovely. Neil.

I've been saving my comment until I had seen all three of episodes of your Rhinog trip. Very well done young lady, from an old man who has been wandering, climbing, cycling, bivvying and camping for almost 60 years. The Rhinogs are a pretty wild and remote area, not for the faint hearted! Sensible change of plan decisions, even though you had exceptionally good weather. Your enthusiasm for the outdoors is infectious and inspiring making watching your films an absolute delight. Thank you for taking the trouble to film, edit and post your adventures.

Aw hi John, thank you so much for your lovely comment :) yeh I had originally planned to summit those 2 mountains, but it wasn't going to happen this time around and it was perfect just the same. I'm really glad that I got to do the circular route that I'd planned out and it's the advice of walkers that I met along the way that I have to thank for that, I would have turned back if I wasn't sure if I could safely pass by Gloyw Lyn. So glad you liked them :D I had the best time and it's so nice that others get to enjoy it too. I'm certain that the weather will get me next time, I had blissful weather my previous trip to Snowdonia too, overdue some weather challenges for sure 😄 Thanks for coming along on my little journey and have a lovely weekend :D Claire

Admirable and inspirational in every respect. I'm half way through binge watching all these amazing videos. Wildbeare has rocketed right up to the top of my favourite KZbin channels. It's already got me motivated to get back out and do some walking, if not quite at Claire's level. I did a fair bit during lock down, but had lost the momentum as life kicked back in, but I feel more invigorated watching Claire tackling these brilliant expeditions. There is also something very honest about every video I have watched. Mistakes are recognised, plans changed and fears faced when needs be. That is why I think they are inspirational, because it is a demonstration of how anyone can overcome obstacles in their way just by thinking and pushing through.

Very well done, a joy to watch. The work that you put in to making these inspiring videos is very impressive. I can honestly tell you that your journey from novice to seasoned back country hiker is truly impressive to watch. The bravery you muster to do this all on your own is fantastic. The scenery you have captured very beautiful and the honesty you convey about your experience is touching. The call of the wild has truly bitten you and you have a very bright future for your self in this field if you continue to convey the passion you obviously have for it all. The world is your oyster and full of wild places so there is no reason why you can't do this and make a success of it for the rest of your life. Your emotions said it all, Snowdonia is not a wilderness, it is a stunning place that needs a little more effort to enjoy, as such the idiots stay away, which makes it even more special, when you consider the tiny island that we are, we have so many areas of extreme beauty and diversity, Thankyou for bringing them to your audience, ❤. And I'm not going to mention your lighter issue, lesson learned, we've all been there 😉, but I bet it won't happen again, it takes a few fails to hone skills as you have shown in some of your vids, you're not afraid to say when it goes wrong, this is something to be admired, many would cut it out. Your videos of this area are superb. It really is a fantastic area of mountains and you can get properly away from people. I spent a 4 night expedition here (many years ago) when I was in the Army and undertook Mountain Leader Assessment; our assessor told us if we could navigate our way around here then we could go anywhere! It certainly was a navigational challenge as the first 2 days were very low visibility and we were counting paces, walking on bearings and practising going from point to point. I saw loads of Red Kites overhead and remember it fondly. Good for you walking this area and wild camping it!

Those three vlogs were great. That is proper hard rubbly terrain you got through there and you kept on going. Really good route planning and navving right though with changes of plan to fit the conditions. And aside from actually doing it, it was beautifully documented as well. You came through it brilliantly, one of the best UK walking/wildcamping vids Ive seen for ages. Well done.
