Ek number ka ghatiya app 2 july ko parcel aane wala tha aur call aata hai adress.wrong tha even address righta tha fir bole 6 july ko ayega roz ek ek din badha raha hai 9 tarikh agaya ab bata raha hai 12 ko ayega daily ek ek din badha raha hai cheap app😠😠

I have placed my order on 8/5/22 nd it isn't delivered yet but the tracking link showed it delivered also when I wrote mail to smytten about the same problem they also updated the status to delivered......this is ridiculous ......i won't order from smytten next time... I have written a mail to them again if i won't receive my order or refund i will take strict action against them... Pls suggest some solutions

😢hey girl I think you can send a msg to their Instagram handle maybe they can help you. In my case Whenever I placed my order I can see that my order is delayed then I send them a email and also send a msg on their Instagram handle. After some time I got reply that yeah my product is coming soon. Their delivery service is so poor 😵.
