My first Golden Spotted Cod

Another PB! Just off Mackay Coast. Snapped the rod but at least I got the fish. A cracker 110cm Gold spotted Cod, came in the Eski along with a couple Nannygai. A bit of bad luck with the gear but there is always a learning curve

- Shimano Anarchy pe 3-5 with Penn Fierce IV 6000 spin reel
- 50lb braid by BlackMagic
