My first Goyard was a phone order so yes you don’t have to purchase in store before you can purchase over the phone. What you’re saying is false information. Why not mention the price? Wouldn’t that be important information to provide?

That's great that you were able to order on the phone! How long ago was that if you don't mind sharing? From my conversation with my sales associate this year, you need to have purchased in store. The price was also shown on-screen in the video at the 1:25 second mark hope that helps xx
