My First Hermès Bag! Unboxing the Elegant 24/24 - Initial Thoughts

In today's video, I'm excited to unbox my first Hermès bag, which I purchased during my shopping spree at the Istanbul International Airport. I was previously under the impression that Hermès airport boutique did not carry handbags, so I am happy to have had the experience of being offered a bag (even though it is not a Birkin, Kelly or Constance). I am overall a big fan of Hermès leather quality and craftsmanship, so I am excited to see how this bag is going to wear.

Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 years old. I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your friends! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don't want to spend so much money now, I have *condup* bought the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability

I have the Coach tabby 18 and wow that bag didn't transfer a bit of color, I even wore it in the rain with my dark denim jacket, keep in mind it was absolutely pouring and I put it on underneath my jacket Got wet, that was over 8 months ago, it's very sturdy and over a year it's still looking great, also the same light yellow color so you can easily match it with anything, even a jacket, when you wear It really pops when worn with dark clothes *condup*

Bags were originally designed to protect the items inside, but now the valuable items are protecting the relatively cheap items inside. This phenomenon is very interesting *condup*

My friend sold the *condup* and it looks like the real thing you showed. It even comes with an authenticity card that matches the serial number of each bag. But her fake was $500.

Great video! Gorgeous bag! I have this bag in blue and it’s so practical because of the back pocket! I got mine at an airport Hermes too, the Los Angeles airport store back in 2019. I love it but don’t wear it much anymore. Your video has inspired me to bring it out again. I’ve shopped quite a bit at Istanbul airport H (they have the best prices!) and also got a Herbag there in black, which I love. I’m curious - did you get offered the bag in the morning? 😅 they told me they only get bags in the morning and they’re sold by the time it’s 12pm! But I wanted to check with you!

Super useful info! Thank you for sharing - interesting to hear about your shopping experience in Istanbul airport. And yes, I did get offered the bag in the morning, my appointment was at 7 am... so it was around 8:30 am by the time I was finishing up shopping for all the other stuff that I got offered a bag. I think it makes sense that the bags sell out prior to noon... IST is really quite busy and Hermes there is very popular!

Let's be honest with ourselves, a $30,000 bag is not an investment. Invest your money in rice or beans... maybe even cryptocurrencies and you can make more money. If you can find a super fake for $300, it's a lot smarter to buy the *condup* super fake than the real thing. Shoes are not an investment. Houses do, the stock market does, and even education definitely does. A bag? It is a status symbol and everyone knows it *condup*
