Hi, Im from Cambodia live in Phnom Penh . Ive just watched many videos that you review about my country. Very appreciated, Thanks! I also love traveling and exploring the other country and learn about their interesting culture just like what you do. but unfortunately until now I've never experienced or been to any other countries. By the way after watching your videos i got a lot of information that was really useful for me to use if i have any chance to travel abroad one day. Thank you for visiting my country, Hope you have a good time here!

Cost of living in Siem Reap is much less than in Pnom Penh but if you eat and sleep with budget travelers, you will save $ much more. Street food along the river is very popular in the evening and good. Stay away from pup street area which is a tourist trap but you can decide what your budget is like. Also, if you walk to Sok San Road which is about two blocks west of Pub Street the food is very good and reasonable prices. Enjoy your days in Siem Reap 🎉

Cost of living in Phnom Penh is more expensive that’s why it’s cheaper in Seam Reap
@WandererBellАй бұрын
I first thought Siem Reap would cost more than Phnom Penh because more tourists go there to visit Angkor Wat.

Siem Reap is much cheaper than the Capital. A few blocks away from Pub St. you can still get 50 cent beer ! Many places with good quality cheap food too. A gem of a city for retirement for some 20,000 from all around the world. Has about everything needed - big enough - but - not too big ! Some claim 35% cheaper than the Capital. Furnished monthly rentals especially are much cheaper. Nice friendly people and many speak English ! Business names streets signs and menus are in English as well. Use of the USD is also quite easy for Americans.

Thank you for the info. I heard the healthcare system is not great here and that might be the only issue for those foreigners who decide to retire here.
@KB3TLEАй бұрын
@@WandererBell It's a 1 hour flight to Bangkok - some do that every year or so for specialised medical. People with certain issues may not want to be there.
