Hey great review! I’ve just received mine as well and it’s actually my first step in the 1/6 collectible world. Weirdly I had the exact same unboxing experience, one hand was loose and the sword out of his bag. Overall I’m really happy as this figure looks breathtaking and far from a toy imo, this is not Gandalf but Ian Mckellen as Gandalf. I can’t wait to get Aragorn and Paul Atreides from INART, and to get one Hot Toys to see how it compares. Small question tho as this is my first 1/6 collectible, I’m having issues with the hands as well, am I suppose to exert some force to plug them properly or twist them? Something else? Sadly the manual doesn’t really provide good indications for newbies like me and I’m afraid to break something… Thanks for your content!

Hello! I have to admit I think the hands is an issue with this specific figure. Because it’s a hyped between peg and magnetic it does make it hard to transition different hands which normally isn’t always the case. For me there’s no I just push down and feel the hand engage but to be honest I only tried 2-3 hands. Upon doing research I found many others had the same issue
