Yes, most westerners do not realize that the meat we eat was once was a living animal. But, the way they butcher these animals there are done with respect and the animals were well cared for while it was still living. You probably won’t be able to eat pork for awhile but at least now you’ve been educated where your food comes from. Also, when you get a chance to vlog about farming and how important the farmers’ role are in having our food on our tables, it’ll also change your perspective in the way you value food and not letting anything go to waste. It’s a good way to educate ourselves and others to appreciate the food, our farmers, & not waste anything. Great job Bret, love your videos! 👍🏻😊

How come I missed this vlog?! Jeez! But I enjoyed this and I find it really interesting to learn from different cultures. For us 🇵🇭 here, slaughtering a pig, chicken or cow is perfectly normal but for other cultures, it's really quite shocking. hey bret. yup what you say about that pig is true. our family used to have a piggery and i cried everytime when some of them were killed so we can put something on our table. we respect and loved every animal we had because they always die for someone's nourishment. and yes most people are ignorant about this issue since city life is way more different than those who are in farms. awesome video and more power to your channel. One thing about them that I really adored was ,they’re sooo cowboy,they’re not afraid of dirt. I noticed sometimes they don’t even wash their hands before eating or touching food 🤓.
