Pineapple tart is my favourite during Hari Raya Festival. We call it Kuih Raya or Biskut Raya (Raya cookies). There are variety type of Kuih Raya traditional & modern. Kuih Raya also served during Chinese New Year and Deepavali not only in Malaysia but in Singapore too. 1st snack is Pineapple tart 2nd snack is Strawberry tart (We also have pineapple & cheese tart, chocolate tart, blueberry tart and more) 3rd snack, I think we call it Kuih Kacang Gajus (Cashew Cookies, this one rarely seen nowadays because it more traditional) 4th snack I can’t see it clearly 😅 but I think it is Kuih Makmur (My mom’s favourite, made from flour, ghee, butter and peanut)

My favorite kuih raya is the pineapple tart and honey cornflakes. I remember that I always looked for them first the second I arrived at the house for Hari Raya visit. Tho most house will have the tart, very few served the cornflakes as the latter would usually finished after baking..hahaha
