About Manga prices. I know! I'm glad someone mentioned that. 30% is quote a price leap. It's still a better deal than comics, but that doesn't mean I'm happy about paying more for everything just because it's still the best value

Nice collection. I'm glad you're supporting the mangakas by getting the physical releases. :) Ngl, hearing most of them have not been read pains me a little. I will say though, some mangas are unadaptable just cause it would take too much effort and budget to animate/bring the world to life. Dorohedoro, Berserk, Vagabond, Climber are perfect examples. While others are easily adaptable but get subpar adaptations (Helck, Way of the Househusband, Mashle, Komi). While many others go above and beyond. Point is both mediums are great and just because there is an anime for it, it doesnt mean it will be better by default ;)

I know this video is a few months old but as someone who has kept up with Gachiakuta and it's chapters i can promise it hasn't fallen off, still a great read. I think it's just another thing that fell down the Internet memory hole

If you're looking for recommendations, my suggestion is Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou, which I consider it to be the greatest of the relaxing "iyashikei" style of manga. It's an older series that's finally getting an English translation. Also with Sengoku Youko's anime airing (though currently on a short break), I would be foolish not to bring it up, along with the artist's other great series, Spirit Circle. Congrats on reaching over 1000 books!

Sweat and soap is SO wholesome. It does have slightly spicy scenes where they show cleavage and fade to black for the most part.

No classroom of the elite light novels? Awww. Since you finished the anime which adapts year 1 of the light novel you should give year 1 a read, I personally like it better than the anime and those who read say the same. If you do read it DONT start with vol. 0 as it came out much later in the series and it could spoil alot and be a bit confusing if you havent read year 1

@@sosu418 Fr That's why I lowkey disappointed on the anime since they don't quite capture the scale on some of the backgrounds in the manga. Also they don't include the bestiary extras that can be easily put in the title cards on the anime.
