Great video! Fellow Chicago finisher here who left with a 32 min PR. I have found that improving my cadence from the upper 160's to low to mid 170s has helped me tremendously.

Congrats!! So true about mile 23 & 24. I remember seeing mile 24 on the other side of the street and thinking perfect it's so close. Mike 23 to 24 felt so long and defeating.
