MY FIRST MONTH WORKING AT DUNKIN DONUTS👀

This is going to be my fifth day working at Dunkin. They already have me closing🤣. It’s actually been fun, all the people I’ve worked with are super nice and helpful. I got a really nice trainer that’s actually close to my age. My training has been good, I’ve done a little bit of everything. Drive thru, cashier, drinks, cleaning, making bagels, muffins, and croissants. What kills me the most is my feet. Then suckers be hurting. I work in the afternoon because of school so barely anyone comes in. I had to study the drinks myself and learn how to make them because they weren’t really training me with the more complicated drinks. I hate not knowing what to do. It’s pretty easy now that I know. ☺️ I was also blessed with incredibly nice managers

@@kathrynjoy2551 amazing I really love the people that I work with and I really caught on fast with learning everything I’m already a shift leader now and I got employee of the month the first month I was there. So I really love my job it’s all about the people who work with you and the management.

Get good shoes such as Danskos,Skechers work or higher end Shoes for Crews and don’t wear socks with them because pain can be a sign of socks cutting off your circulation. My girlfriend had to take similar measures.

At my location and a few other locations I’ve worked at they never charged us for the food or drinks. We were able to eat/drink whatever we want

For my location, we can get free drinks and donuts. But for the bagels and croissants we have to pay for those. But we could ask one of the manager if we could get food for free, like a one time thing. Only if they give permission
