Hii yes sure! Custom fees are fees when you import something as a private person in a european country (only from foreign countries not from other eu countries) but I'm not 100% sure why they do this - this is an governmental thing. Here in germany you need to pay custom fees for everything over 22€. The fees are 19% of the actual price (item price + shipping). So you can normally avoid them if the shop lets you change the value of your package! For example: you paid 60€ but the shop allows you to change the value, then I would always change it to 20€ so that you don't have to pay custom fees. I'm sorry if the explanation was not so good, but english isn't my first language 🥺 (another info: they will change the custom politics in the beginning of june or july (not sure). Then you need to pay for EVERYTHING customs in theory (doesn't matter then how much it costs))

@@bboohao normally there is an option to do this if the shop allows it or a little box where you can leave a note and write "please change the value to 20€" ! But if you buy something from ebay just contact the seller and ask if they would change it (but do this before you pay for it). It really depends on the shop if it's possible

@@bboohao yes! You can change the value before you send the package ☺️ you can change the package value up to 90%, for example if the total value is 10.000Yen you can change the value to 1.000Yen. But I only know this for neokyo, I don't know if this is also possible with other proxy services (buyee for example)
