Even absolving the insanity of this being a transforming set, your improvements to mech itself are simply amazing! It looks so much better than the original, I'd even go as far as saying that your mech looks *more* like the one we see in the tv show proper!

Given some additions this could make for a fantastic original transformer or quick strike could fit perfectly, having esentially a GRIMLOCK, Megatron quickstrike transformer with similar desighns, to further improve the transformation of personally suggest making the arms and a form of weaponry guns turn into the claws/dragon legs, then have the back of the beast turn into its regular legs, keep waist rotation for a key feature of this triple changer so to go to quickstrike form you reverse it spinning the waist the other way, infact I'll bet even as is you could technically make this tripple Quickstrike omage tripple form, great work

The left arm was used from Visago, Mobile Suit from Gundam Wing, I ALWAYS BEEN SEEN ONE in the video and the illustrations aswell. That is my hint answer, i know about what kind of Gundams was used on because i was addicted to watch mecha animes at some point.

This one was absolutely phenomenal, loved the way the separate extra plates fold up to cover the gaps, gives it a much more cleaner look! I reckon Jay might make for a good next build, maybe using 4 legged herbivores as an inspiration (Triceratops with Tesla coil horns, just something off the top of my head) Either way, can’t wait to see how far you go with the transformation features, keep it up! 👍
