one thing you just said really helped - 'i dont regret my ed because it wasnt a choice'. i have been feeling super guilty recently for everything i have put my friends through xx

Remember it is never ever your fault! Guilt is hard, but remember you would never choose this, ever. True friends will be there for you through it all - you really find out the real ones xx
