Degner 1 is the quick right after the spoon curves, Degner 2 is the more severe right immediately after Degner 1. The exit of Degner 2 takes you under the bridge and up to the hairpin. Spoon Curve is the long, double-left before 130R, where Ruben pushed you a bit wide

For splitting audio: you can download a virtual cable (I think it's called just vcable) to act as another pair of headphones to then wire your game audio to, but you also keep hearing it. So in streamlabs you'd be putting a separate capture for the vcable so stream can't hear your engineers/music/whatever. Might have to use voicemeeter for this, but that's a lot of work and uses performance so maybe not the best solution. I just know streamers use vcable to make it so their recordings/streams don't have the copyrighted music they're listening to. Hope this helps and good luck at redbull, time for n3!

The crackling is from different audio samplerates or the clock between the playing audio and recording device not working. I dont know the capture card but it probably has a setting where you go between 44/48/88/92 khz, try flipping those around and see if the crackling vanishes. If it vanishes and when you switch and then later reappers you have drop outs.... maybe the capture card has a buffer size, increase that then.

I believe the crackling issue with application audio capture is a windows issue that is supposedly being fixed in the 24H2 update. You can get it early through the insider preview if you wish, personally im waiting for full release.

As I recall, the Degner corners are the two right turns after the first sector. So after you leave the S-curves and the long sweeping left-turn you have Degner-1, which is a somewhat flat-out right hander where you expertly ride the curb to and balance the car's direction into braking for Degner-2, the slower right-hand turn before you go under the bridge.
