I bought from SD for the 1st time a few weeks ago. I got 7 AU condition $20 Gold Liberties, but when I got them 1 of the coins had a BIG dent in the edge, and was definitely NOT a "AU" condition coin. I immediately emailed an image of the coin to SD, and within less than 24 hours I got a call from "Jocie B." at SD, and she apologized for the error, and immediately emailed me a shipping label to ship it back to them (foe free) to get a replacement coin sent to me. I am certainly impressed and pleased by the high level of customer service.

Yeah, I ordered from them, it took them 2 weeks to finally tell me that the ordered was scanned, but not scanned when it was picked up so now I imagine some shady mail carrier is sipping margaritas in Mexico from a whole truck of stolen silver and gold. FYI, this is still a fluid situation and do not know how this going to work out.
