Kind of off topic comment, but today finally got my first LD 5 after 8 years of playing, Artamiel was the one. Is Despair - destroy the ideal rune set? Also should I go full tank or cd build?

Tank vs Cd depends on your rune quality, at minimum Crit Rate is nice. Destroy good in Non RTA, RTA I like Will/Stats/X
