Basically, while your base is loading, keep holding it, and it should follow you up to the tower that you've built. Might take a few tries though.

sorry but that doesnt seem specific enough, to me anyway im not sure what i would be holding, or what is following me up the tower that would be built from the looks of it seems like you had a planked wood, hit it with an amber axe, and flick towards the direction you want to get sent flying off to

@DelusionalPastery Yeah, so while your base is loading, you hold the bit of wood and it will fling up to you when you teleport up.
