Even if he watches other ppls vids and copies them, he atleast makes google doc strategies which is easier than watching videos and following steps

you see, in the lobby, u must go and play a random match, then place mili base with timescale set to 0, then after awhile u'r gonna want to go to the desired hardcore match, place a milibase then voila! a million cars! :3

instead of matchmaking, go in the elevators and place the mili base down, let it spawn a few humvees, ready up and then there'll be a bunch of cars in one place at the end of the map
