For my 21st Birthday, I went on a 2 month solo trip touring around America, despite my friend cancelling. It was one of the best times of my life and I met so many awesome people along the way! I would highly recommend solo travel because it grows you and your confidence in so many ways.

Dutch people are just very down to earth and hate the whole 'look at me' behaviour. So those boys pointing and laughing at you are just not used to it. We're very normal over here, don't like show offs or like influencers or celebrities (on average).
