Hi Kim great video. Nice to see you guys traveling slovakia and learning about it. I was home for summer i miss it already. Your slovak is defo better. Theres a lovely place that you might like called Zuberec. Its a little spin for you guys but worth a visit. From there you can go poland chocholowo (swiming warm water) since ull be close to boarder its nice and relaxing after the drive. Hi Kim so you saw living and houses from old time Liptov, you have at least little idea how it look like in the past. Life then was very simple as you see and people most of the time spend time on the farms and forest. You also have skanzen in Zuberec in Orava, in future when you guys have time you should see it. I'm looking forward to see what you hike in Tantras and if weather was good. Wishing you all the best🤗

Hi. 5:51 The second herb with yellow flowers is definitely Ľubovník bodkovaný (Hypericum perforatum) eng. St. John's Wort. 8:31 The third herb with purple flowers "To je kvety neviem čo 😀" is definitely Pamajorán obyčajný (Origanum vulgare) eng. Oregano or Wild marjoram.

Totally agree, not complaining as well just saying 😀 We became too dependent to consuming things. That's why I enjoy gardening a lot. I can't believe I can produce soo much food by my own in a small plot of land 😊

Dedinské ani mestské sídla v skutočnosti neboli v minulosti samostatné. Od raného stredoveku existovali ustálené obchodné cesty, cez ktoré prúdil potrebný tovar, ako soľ alebo kovy. Taktiež bola ustálená sieť jarmokov a trhov, na ktoré cestovali ľudia zo širokého okolia, aby získali predmety, ktoré nedokázali vyprodukovať lokálne vo svojich dedinských usadlostiach. Prebiehal aj obchod s kožami, lebo dediny nemali kapacity na spracovanie surovej kože, takže predávali surovinu do miest, kde bol kožiarsky priemysel a naspäť kupovali spracovanú kožu alebo hotové výrobky.
