Would like an update on how the Muse is working...2 Muse Titans since December 2021 and both are giant paperweights with zero reply from FSL other than they are "discussing it" .

My Muse Core is rocking and rolling. No issues.

On the Norton White Tile, the key is to go slow. Even with a CO2 laser. On my Ortur I run it as 1200/80% with good results. Not sure what it would be for a CO2 since that's probably stronger then the diode. Should run a test grid on a tile. the one that gives you the best black is the power/speed you want.

I actually do pyrography and my wood choice is poplar. I was wondering how well it burned and how much detail and such you could do on it.

Diode and CO2 lasers won't etch metal. You're looking at a fiber laser to do that. And they ain't cheap! LOL Cheers

Hi Nick, one thing that concerns us about the Muse Core is how loud it might be as it will located in the garden in a cabin. Do you have a video of how much noise the MC chucks out?

Did you use any Borax on any of the qood engravings ? What was the burn time on the marvelous aztec?

I didn't use borax. I've heard it will deepen the burn. I think the run time on the aztec calendar was around 20 minutes. Cheers
