@@MrPhresh25 Stretching before a workout probably isn't necessary and may actually make you weaker because you won't have as strong of a stretch reflex to help you push against the weight. Stretching is better after a workout because you are more warmed up (cold muscles don't like to stretch). That said, I don't think they stretched at all lol.
