Growing up we couldn’t afford Disney. Being from Chicago the Dells was always my Disney World as a kid. Try to bring my kids at least once a year even if only for a long weekend. We usually camp at a resort just up the road from Chula Vista called Holiday Shores. Glad you enjoyed your trip and nice to see the Dells get more exposure!!

You will be amazed at all there is to do! Make sure you spend at least half a day shopping on Broadway too! Lot's of fun t-shirt and souvenir shops. As well as some neat indoor attractions.

I love Wisconsin Dells. We just went last week. Our second visit to the Dells in 3 months. A 5.5 hour drive but it’s worth it to make memories with my kids. My favorite is the Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort.

As someone who lives in Wisconsin (about 30 minutes south of Green Bay) our family goes to the Dells at least once every summer. Always to Noah’s Ark and Mount Olympus then of course dining at Mexicali Rose and Paul Bunyuns. Then shopping downtown. We took a boat tour and went to Ripley’s Believe it or Not a couple months ago and it was very interesting! You’re never bored vacationing in the Dells.

If you grew up in Chicago, or the Chicagoland Suburbs, going to The Wisconsin Dells is a Right of Passage for any and all teenagers. We went every summer from 1986 to 1992, and even though the place has become so much bigger, and so many more attractions since then, it was still a great time! Great memories!

Dells is fun, but VERY touristy. Door County and Lake Geneva areas are gorgeous and Madison is a fun city to visit. Especially if you’re a foodie!

Went there like 3 weeks ago for vacation we were visiting Minnesota to see family and we went to Wisconsin it is really fun I recommended it and there is this one restaurant called fields and it is really good and fancy but very expensive

We live 3 hours from the Dells and have stayed at Chula Vista and the Wilderness. Love those Glacier Canyon rooms and Wilderness indoor parks. Chula Vista used to have a great all inclusive option. Noah's Ark is amazing. I haven't been in over 10 years. I need to go back.

I remember this fond memory from when I was 3 or 4 of going on this tiny lazy river with tiny tubes with my cousin and brother and it was probably my favorite memory at the time because It was something I could do without my parents holding me, but I wasn’t sure if it was a dream. Then when I was 10 I went to the Kalahari and found that memory and I remember it to this day because both of those memories were one of the best times in my life. Goin back in 2 weeks!

Wilderness on the Lake hotel in the Dells is Better rooms facing Lake Delton are all condo rooms . We have been 5 times now . And staying there you can take a bus or Pontoon boat to a bus or dive to the other parks 😊

Chula Vista is a pretty dope water park. I stayed there for my sisters pageant A couple years back and enjoyed it thoroughly. Both in and outdoor parks are great.

We went to Kalahari in the Dells before we went to the one here in Ohio. We love both. Spent time in Dells when I was a kid. I got to drive one of the ducks in the lake!

If you one day are in Germany I would recommend rulantica for you. It's the Waterpark close to the biggest amusement park in Germany and belongs to the same owner. It is a brand new watterpark it opens close 2 years ago
