Flesh was not a producer. He was the fifth member. One of his nick names is "Tha Fifth Dawg" He was in trouble but not until their 4th album was released. He did 8-9 years in prison. This was their first major album. He was only on some tracks on all these albums due to some issues with the record label. Also he was not signed to Ruthless records unlike the other members. He was signed as a solo act to Def Jam and Mo Thugs Records (bones label). BTW...yall got the members mixed up thoughout the songs..lol. Cool reaction tho.

I suggest the lyrics on the next album reaction so you can see what they’re saying and which member is rapping. Their next album East 1999 Eternal is regarded as their best album and also one of the best rap albums period. Krayzie Bone and Bizzy Bone are the best of the group and most fans favorite, but the other three are beasts too. All members bit Wish Bone have solo albums. They have a lot of music between them.

Bone thugs-n-harmony, in my opinion, is the greatest rap group ever. They were 20 years ahead of their time. There are 5 members; they are: 1). Bizzy Bone, AKA Lil Ripsta-he's the member with the wild big hair, high-pitched voice that can & usually raps incredibly fast (tongue twisting/triplet flow). He has one of the most creative deliveries, and like Krayzie Bone, can and usually does switch his flows up during a verse (not just during an entire song). 2). Krayzie Bone, AKA Leather Face-he's the taller & slim member with a kinda deep voice. Like Bizzy, he's musically gifted & he usually does the hooks for the group. Check out the songs he & Bone did with Mariah Carey. Mariah once said, and I'm paraphrasing, that Kray is the most versatile rapper that she has ever worked with. Also, like Bizzy, Krayzie raps ridiculously fast and can switch his flow on a dime. You've heard of the song 'Rap God' (an amazing song) by Eminem? Check out Kray's response 'Clash of the Titans' (get ready for your jaw to drop). 3). Layzie Bone, AKA #1 Assassin-they all, including Lay, can and do rap fast, but Lay is the more traditional rapper. His style & voice compliments Kray's really well, and vice versa. Check out Lay's verse on 'Mr. Bill Collector' (he fucking kills it). 4). Wish Bone, AKA Straight Jacket-he's the bigger guy with a voice a little deeper than Kray's. He does have many moments where he raps fast, but he usually raps slower than the other members. He has some of the most memorable bars & lines of the entire group. For example, that line where he says "And I miss my uncle Charles, ya'll" during the song “Crossroads,” everyone belts that line with him Also, in 1995 on the album “E. 1999 Eternal,” every teenager and 20 year-older in the country formed a circle with their friends to rap Wish’s verse on “Crept and We Came.” 5). Flesh Bone, AKA 5th Dog-he's Lay's older brother (Wish is their cousin). He's tall and slim like Kray, but you know it's him by his whispery & soft voice. Imo, he has one of the most unique sounds and delivery in rap. Unfortunately, he was in and out of jail in the late 90's, & did a 10 year stretch in prison from 2000 to 2010. So, he missed out on a lot of work with his brothers. But, he is, without a doubt, the single most underrated rapper ever. As you both know their EP, "Creepin on ah Come Up" was released in 94;' and it was their first mainstream album. Before "Creepin on ah Come Up," they released an underground album (92') in Cleveland called "Faces of Death." Since you two reacted to "Creepin on ah Come Up," then you should to follow that up with "Crept and We Came" (from the "E. 1999: Eternal" album). "E. 1999: Eternal" was their second mainstream album. It was released in 1995. On this album, you'll find the original "Tha Crossroads." This version was dedicated to their first manager Wally Bone (who got murdered). "Crossroads" is the remix that was dedicated to Eazy-E. You will also find "1st of tha Month." "Thuggish Ruggish Bone," "For the Love of Money," and "1st of tha Month" put these legends on the map. The "Crossroads" gave them global recognition (they won a Grammy with "Crossroads" and it's the single that broke the Beatles record). Also, check out: 'Eternal,' 'Down '71,' 'Mr. Bill Collector,' 'Me Killa,' 'Land of tha Heartless,' 'Mo Murda,' etc. Really, every single song off of their first two albums are absolute bangers! Following E. 1999 Eternal, Flesh-n-Bone was the first member to do a solo record. Unlike the other members, Flesh was signed with Def Jam Records. The album, titled “T.H.U.G.S (Trues Humbly United Gatherin' Souls),” was released in 1996. Check out ‘World So Cruel’ ft. Rev Run from RUN DMC, ‘Nothin but the Bone in Me,’ ‘Crazy by the Flesh,’ ‘Coming 2 Serve You’ ft. BG Knocc Out, ‘Northcoast’ ft. Layzie Bone, ‘No Mercy’ ft. Fat Joe & Big Pun, & ‘Playa Hater’ ft. Krayzie Bone & Layzie. Their third album is a double disc album called “The Art of War.” The album was released in 1997. It's another classic. “The Art of War” is loaded with dis tracks. At the time, they were beefin with Three 6 Mafia, Crucial Conflict, Do or Die, Twista, the Speed Knots, etc. However, they eventually squashed all of those beefs and have done songs with Three 6, Twista, and may do future collaborations with Do or Die. From "The Art of War" check out: ‘Thug Luv,’ ft. Tupac, ‘Look Into My Eyes’ (it was also on the Batman Forever soundtrack), ‘Body Rot,’ ‘Handle the Vibe,’ ‘If I Could Teach the World,’ ‘Ready for War,’ ‘Ain't Nothing Changed’ (which is Everyday Thang Part II), ‘Clog Up Your Mind,’ ‘U Ain't Bone,’ ‘All Original,’ ‘Hatin Nation,’ etc. Following The Art of War, Bizzy Bone (I love all of them, but Bizzy is my favorite member), released a solo album in 1998 called “Heaven'z Movie.” Check out ‘Thugz Cry’ (is a diss track to Tomica Wright: Eazy's wife), ‘Menensky Mobbin’ (a Crucial Conflict diss track), ‘On the Freeway’ (it's a slow jam for the ladies), ‘Demons Surround Me,’ ‘The Roof is on Fire’ (a Three 6 Mafia diss track), & ‘Nobody Can Stop Me’ (it's a powerfully emotional song. Bizzy put himself out there and told the world how he got kidnapped, abused, & molested when he was a child). Bone has an incredibly unique style. Listening to them is an experience. There's not much out there like them. With their tongue twisting, harmonizing, & their amazing flow switches during their songs, it takes some time for your brain to process what's going on. By starting from the beginning and working your way through their discography, you can hear and see their maturation & them getting better & better. I'll check in later and suggest more tracks for you two to check out (Bone has put out a plethora of albums and thousands of songs). Thanks for your all's reaction.

Love Pops for being an OG like me! BTNH were pivotal in the mid 90s, and Easy found himself a gold mine. He died after Creepin' was released while E.1999 was being created but he was a lyricist on the last tracks of Creepin'. Two best back to back albums by any rap group to this day. I can tell Pops is fighting his hardest not to rap along so the son can relate! HA so awesome.

If you listen closely, they say their names/alternate names during the songs. For example, in the song 'Down Foe My Thang,' Layzie says "number one ninja little Layzie;" Flesh says "You'd rather go run a ho check, if you want to test nuts with Flesh;" Bizzy says "the Ripsta, put 'em rivers" (Bizzy's alternate name, is Lil' Ripsta; Layzie's is, Number One Assassin; Flesh-n-Bone's, is 5th Dawg, Wish Bone's, is Straight Jacket; Krayzie's, is Leatha Face). In that same song 'Down Foe My Thang,' Krayzie says "Letha Face takin' your life, so ya best stay back." A little later he also says "Krayzie don't love 'em, put 'em to rest and run." Then on the following track 'Creepin on ah Come Up,' Krayzie says "that ninja with that leather face (Letha Face--Krayzie's alternate name)." They don't always say their name in their songs, but they do it a lot. If you hear one of them saying "Straight Jacket," that's Wish Bone.
