Amazing book! Amazing author. Presence is a worthy practice, it’s challenging to quiet the noise! And you rock for putting yourself out there. Enjoy the journey!

Just found your videos. Loved this one. As a plumber i have burned myself more times than you could imagine. The first and most important thing (and its obviously too late for this burn) is to immediately press against something cooler than the burn. dont waste time looking for something "cold". Look for the smoothest thing nearby thats at room temperature or as close to it as you can get. Even a car fender will pull the heat back out of the burn. If you dont have something nearby thats smooth then use the smoothest thing you can get to in a few seconds. Once the burn has finished settling in to the skin your goose is kind of cooked so you have literally seconds to get the heat back out of your skin to limit the damage. Obviously this only works for shallow burns like the one you had from the hot water. Anyway, LOVED the video! Keep them coming!!

I enjoyed your video. Colorado girl and new solo camper myself. I also love the idea of daily meditations, so I ordered a copy of the book after watching. Thanks for sharing! Oh, I hope your arm healed quickly - and Tila is a sweetie!

Sydney….I love that you like camping and such but wonder why as a water specialist you have not had more experience with such.

I have watched quite a few videos recently of women solo camping and I applaud you. As a father of twin daughters, I always encouraged them to be strong and capable young women that can take care of themselves. I hope that independence has made them better partners for their spouses as they can carry their own weight in a relationship. Also, seeing videos of women solo camping and hiking has boosted the morale and self confidence of my wife and she is much more willing to go outside hiking and primative camping with me now. You can still be "girly" and independent at the same time.

@@miconn69 aww I love this so much, especially the last sentence! One of my goals is to show people you can be girly and independent/outdoorsy, so thank you for seeing that in me! Sounds like you have some really amazing women in your life that are very lucky to have you supporting them! I appreciate your thoughts so wholeheartedly, thank you🌸

Hey gurl! Met on threads! Love love LOVEEEE your camping kettle that’s so cute! Also i rated ward D a 4 star on goodreads. Wouldn’t say it was creepy more tense! I’ve got a little life too but too scared to read it 😂 where you went camping looks so beautiful honestly! I would be scared of bears 🤣 can’t wait to see your next adventure 🎉

@@sydneyduval hahahah I’m currently trying to get through a court of silver flames and then once I’ve finished with that I’ll start on a little life, I’ve seen videos of people crying their eyes out reading it and I’m emotional anyway so that will be fun 😂

What vehicle is it with driver seat on right?

Its optical. I think it’s a flipped image on how they are using their iPhone selfie mode.

I love how this solo camp vlog really show the camp vlog, not like asian solo camp vlog 😂 they just drive to the camp site and put up a tent, organizing their camp so it feels like home n then cook n sleep. Wake up, cook, folding the tent n driving wayback home. That's it 😂

I understand there is a perfectly good explanation for this. But why does it look like you're driving on the passenger side? There is only one other solo female youtuber that I'm seeing that seems to be driving from the passenger side, too. But the interesting thing is on the same videos, there she is yada, yada , yada, again later talking on the driver side! It's kinda messing with my head, my eyes, whatever..., so I think I'm going to pass on this video until I can figure it out🤔. Or just give up trying altogether.

I wonder if it’s because I was recording with my front camera and it mirrors the image? Like flips it if that makes sense so it looks like I’m on the opposite side. Totally understand if that messes with your head haha
@wheelsoftimeАй бұрын
@joannadavis It is just the front camera flip issue. All the cars driving on the side have the drivers on the same side like her.

I truly hope you find the Lord God and Jesus, and read the Bible, instead of a "self-help" book. There is no other way to true peace. God Bless You.
