Nothing like making your first mead. It's a great learning experience, especially when so many recipes are in pounds/ounces/gallons and you have to convert everything to metric. All worth it once you get to drink it.

I wholeheartedly agree with that one, I already have 4 different types on the go! I look forward to creating my own recipes to also help make it easier for other UK brewers
