I count my blessings every day but the biggest one is the realisation that you can be in a state of peace and fulfilment anywhere. You don’t need to move to another city or abroad to achieve it. Every second of life is meaningful and you can be immersed in that if you still your mind, no matter where you are- in a quiet village, in Amsterdam or in a war zone or a prison in Iran. You are on a journey and you are on the path you are meant to be on, so don’t worry about the specific destination.
